satan on the front seat
I walked in the church today;
and made my way down the aisle.
Then I heard the voice of God say,
“I want to talk to you a while”.
The preacher then stood up
with His Bible in his hand.
He spoke words from God above,
He told of God’s plan for man.
The Spirit of the Lord God was there,
the preacher was full of fire;
And he was more than willing to share.
Then he paused for just a moment.
He felt a chill in the air,
Something wasn’t quite right;
He called for a time of prayer
Asking God for the Light.
As he lifted his voice to the Father above,
God showed him so he would know;
satan on the front seat,
and he was watching the show.
He’ll cause them to stumble
as they travel this road;
he’s on the front seat,
waiting to take their soul.
The preacher then with voice so strong,
Told the people of the plight;
But if together they would pray,
Together they’d win the fight.
Down on their knees together,
they did cry as one to One;
And when they praised the Father,
They found the devil gone.
My friend let this lesson be
One you always will remember;
satan’s often on the front seat,
But we know the souls true defender.
Call out to Jehovah God,
He’ll sweep through just like the wind.
Christian don’t give in to defeat,
satan is the loser in the end.

Wonderful poem sister! For to us it hath been given
the ministry of reconcilation. “For it is not the will of My Father, that any man should perish but come to the knowledge of the truth”. Bless you!
